  • Thank you for shopping at Maria Gambina. We appreciate the fact that you are supporting a small and independent Portuguese Fashion Designer.

  • These are the steps you need to follow when placing an order:

    • Click on “Add to Cart“ whenever you want to add a product to your shopping cart;

    • Be aware of the sizes and availability of the product when selecting;

    • Proceed to Checkout by clicking on the Shopping cart button (Top right on the screen). Once you have made sure that the products on your list match your needs, click on “Checkout”;

    • When placing an order, every client has to fill in the information form presented. This form has been divided into five steps;

    • The first step is entering a valid email. This step should be essential for the client to fill in, being that it shall be the via used for sending all information regarding the purchase;

    • The second step is entering all information regarding shipping. Make sure you fill in all the required information. If you are having trouble with this step, send us an email explaining the situation (info@mariagambina.com);

    • The third step will be adding any additional information. You can add all the information you consider relevant and are not allowed to add in the previous sections;

    • The fourth step consists in choosing a payment method and inserting all the information regarding the payment. Once you have filled in all the fields, click “Continue”;

    • The Client should review all the information one last time. When activating the button “Purchase” on the order form, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts the Terms and Conditions of Sale as specified on the Website at the time of purchase;

    • Once the payment is authorized, the Customer will receive an order confirmation via email (Purchase Receipt). We recommend that you save or download this copy for possible future reference;

    • Please keep in mind that some products are unique and only made once, therefore we can not assure you of the future availability of these products. Please make sure you read the descriptions for each product you purchase. We won’t be able to replace certain products due to their specific measurements (being made only in one size).

  • Payments are made throughout STRIPE and PAYPAL, having the following methods being accepted:

    • Visa (credit and debit cards)

    • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

    • American Express

    • Discover (US merchants only)

    • Apple Pay

    • PayPal

    • Venmo

  • Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment is confirmed.

    All orders are to be shipped with CTT , FedEx or UPS and require a signature upon delivery.

    Delivery days are from Monday to Friday. Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.

    Customers can have orders delivered to their homes or offices only. Delivery will take place during normal business hours. Thus, in order to facilitate the delivery, customers are asked to specify their business address or some other address where someone will be available to receive the package.

    • Portugal and Spain – free shipping - 3 to 5 working days

    • European Union - 15 Eur - 3 to 5 working days

    • Other countries - CTT 22 Eur - 1 to 3 weeks delivery

    • Other countries - UPS Express 50€ - 3 to 5 working days

  • All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

    Maria Gambina is not responsible for any actions taken by customs, on shipments outside the EU on your package during delivery as we have no control over this.

    Please note you, the buyer, is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, customs clearance charges, handling fees, or other required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this before hand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost because it varies widely around the world.

  • We want all our costumers to have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

    We ask our customers to kindly pay special attention to all provided details of the item/s and have a close look at our photos and item details before placing an order.

    If you have any doubt or uncertainty regarding any of our items, please contact us beforehand and we will gladly get back to you.

    If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any goods or service that we provide, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product.

    We gladly accept returns but only within 14 days of receiving your order (within the EU) or 30 days for extra-community countries. Products must be unworn and accompanied by the original receipts. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

    Please fill in the contact form with the order number, pick-up address and our team will contact you with details of your shipping number to add to the returns package so that you can send your item(s) back to us. Your return will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt and you'll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done.

    Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. However, for Portugal and Spain, you will not be charged of any expenses regarding return shippings. Unfortunately for other countries a return fee of 10€ will be deducted from the refund.

    In the case of an exchange, please contact us and we will try to find the best solution for you.

    If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within 14 calendar days after delivery, as long as.

    When returning products, have in mind…

    • That the products are unwashed and not used in any way.

    • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)

    • The product is complete.

    If the product ordered is defective or non-compliant and the return is approved, Maria Gambina will refund the amount of the product and delivery costs, as well as direct costs incurred by the return, within thirty (30) days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be made in the same way as your original payment.

    any feedback comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions provided by you to Ana with respect to the Website shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Maria Gambina.

  • Our prices, listed in the Online Store, include VAT at the applicable rate.

    The buyer assumes the sole responsibility for any other costs resulting from orders shipped abroad, in particular, customs clearance costs;

    The prices listed in the Online Shop are subject to change, especially during sales. Maria Gambina reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice. However, once we receive the confirmation of your order, the amount due on it will not be changed;

    Maria Gambina cannot be held liable for any changes in the exchange rates applied by any bank (in currencies other than the euro).

  • If you have not received your order on the scheduled date or if you have not been notified of your purchase via email, please e-mail us at: mariagambina@gmail.com (subject: “I have not received your order“ or “I have not received my order”). We will do our best to make sure you still get your order. Delivery times are quoted in good faith, however, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by circumstances out of our control.
